As a country we are all crying out for reliable tradesman and I have some great news for anyone reading this “Paul Islip”
He is honest, reliable, fun and brilliant at everything. He completed our large extension on time and more importantly on budget. He is man with solutions rather than problems and for every bodge job that had gone before he was able to fix or rectify it without bother.
He has transformed our home into our castle and we are so happy. To anybody who wants a great job done employ him, you won’t be disappointed.

Paul built our extension and also converted our downstairs loo into a shower room. He and his various co-workers were simply superb from start to finish. Paul is very experienced in all aspects of building and we felt very confident, and as relaxed as one can be when undergoing building work. He was always pleasant, polite and more than willing to explain the details of where we were up to, and what he intended to do in the next few days so we could plan accordingly. When problems arose, as they inevitably do, he had a very positive constructive attitude and soon came up with an acceptable workable solution. Everything has been completed to a very high standard and we are very pleased with the finished work. He became one of the family during the time he was on site and it actually felt a bit sad to see him finally go. We recommend this company without hesitation.

Paul Islip installed a metal Catnic roof for us on a large extension. They were very straightforward to deal with in the lead up to the work, competitive on price, turned up when they said they would and we’re an absolute pleasure to have on site, completing the work cheerfully in poor weather conditions.

First class design and workmanship.
I.D.C Joinery and Building have completed two projects at my house. A small extension to the front and a stunning patio at the rear. Paul and his team are always punctual, friendly and courteous. Their work is of the highest standard and the site is always left neat and tidy throughout the job. Paul has an eye for detail and helped design our patio so that it has transformed our garden into an beautiful, useable outdoor space. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul and his team to anyone.

Brilliant service from start to finish. We had a major bathroom leak and water damaged our ceiling in the lounge. Paul came and assessed the damaged, provided us with a quote for our insurance company. He then attended and completed the work in a professional manner taking care of our property.
